Course Description

Children should not be the economic victims of divorce or out-of-wedlock birth. Children in families that remain intact, share in the economic ups and downs of the entire family. In the same manner, children whose parents did not marry, or married and divorced, should also share in the economic ebb and flow of their parents’ lives through the timely adjustment of court ordered child support. This course will instruct CSE personnel on guidelines and procedures for completion of the appropriate obligation worksheet for determination of the obligation amount in a child support case.
