Course Description

This course develops the skills necessary to read and understand legal opinions. Emphasis is on legal analysis, using cases focusing on key facts and legal issues. A legal memorandum is assigned as a final project.

This course is a part of the Paralegal Studies Program. You must apply and be accepted into the program in order to enroll in this course.
