Breathe, stretch & relax your way to a healthier life. No prior yoga experience is needed. When coming to class, please keep talking to a minimum, remove your shoes, & leave your cell phone in your car. Come to class on an empty stomach, be early, bring a mat, and wear comfortable clothing that does not impede your activity. This class meets twice a week continuously during the semester sessions & intersessions.
