Course Description

Join us for hour-long yoga sessions twice a week, regardless of your previous experience. These classes are designed to enhance your overall strength, balance,
and mobility. No prior yoga experience is necessary. We focus on strengthening the upper body, refining the hips and core, and paying special attention to the feet,
back, hands and wrists. This practice is an excellent complement to any other physical activities you may be engaging in and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Required Supplies: Yoga mat 

Optional Supplies: Yoga Block
