Course Description

This yoga course is for beginners as well as experienced yogis. In hour long sessions, twice a week, we practice basic yoga poses along with movements to improve flexibility and strength through stretching and breathing. We also work on balance, and throughout our practice we emphasize breathing. We encourage each participant to work at his/ her own level. This yoga will complement all other exercises. Type: Hands-on.

Required Supplies: Yoga mat 

Optional Supplies: Yoga block, yoga strap (can be purchased or ordered through instructor)
