Course Description

This class is the companion course to the one offered in St Francisville: Yoga Basics at the beginner/intermediate level. No prior yoga experience is required. We practice all the basic standing, sitting, and reclining poses and combine them, in many cases, with a flow class. There is a significant emphasis on the breath. Yoga complements any other exercise activity or sport and is the perfect stress reliever for all ages and stages.

Required Supplies: Yoga mat 

Optional Supplies: Yoga block, yoga strap (can be purchased or ordered through instructor)
