Learn, reconnect, and enrich your lifestyle by learning yoga poses and breath work. Breathe, stretch, and relax your way to improved posture, endurance, flexibility, and strength. Discover the “present moment” while gaining strength, stamina, and core stability. No yoga experience necessary; however, you must be able to sit comfortably on your yoga mat while practicing seated poses. Ability to transition from seated poses to standing is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes; leave your shoes, cell phone, worries and the “outside world” to enjoy this coed class. Focus on the PRESENT and the NOW with gratitude and without judgment.
