Course covers: Understand themselves and their style more comprehensively as it relates to other team members, Gain first-hand knowledge through activity and observation of the importance of trust and respect in the team environment, Be aware of how to communicate more effectively in meetings and team situations, Develop a sense of team loyalty leading to enhanced collaboration and Build team action plans.
