Course Description

Come enjoy the amazing benefits of exercising in the water! In this water aerobics class, we will conduct low impact exercises that will improve your endurance, flexibility, strength, and balance! These exercises are simple yet very effective for improving cardiovascular health, relieving muscle and joint pain along with beating the heat and getting Vitamin D at the same time! This class requires no special swimming skills, only a good attitude!
