CM 4357 - Industrial Project Controls
Course Description
Fundamentals of information management required for effective project control on an industrial construction project; data requirements, data collection, and data processing involved in measuring, evaluating, calculating, and reporting job performance from inception of project through closeout.
Learner Outcomes
Upon completion, a student will be able to:
- Understand project control concepts related to industrial construction
- Create and update the schedule status, cost report, project curves, and forecasting model
- Create and update weekly and monthly client reports

Online Format: eight week enrollment period; 7 modules 2 exams
Special Requirements: a computer with reliable internet access, a webcam, and a headset or speakers, and a microphone.
