Course Description

Although there is no cure for Alzheimer’s disease or other causes of dementia, there are things we can do to reduce our risk of dementia as we age. The goal of this course is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to live a more brain-healthy lifestyle. You will learn about the science of brain health and behaviors that can support healthy cognitive aging. You will start applying that knowledge to your daily life with the support of your instructor and fellow classmates. A focus of this course will be actionable lifestyle behaviors that can have immediate and long-term benefits for cognition and wellness. This course is for those who want to learn more about brain health and are ready to implement a plan to make changes in their own lives.
