Course Description

In this class, WE will make baklava from start to finish with honey, pecans, almonds and walnuts.  All baking supplies and equipment will be provided.  Preparation and baking will be done in my kitchen. You will get to take some home, to share or not!  And, as a special bonus,  you will learn my special G-rated mantra for when things don’t go quite right! Limited to 10 participants.
