Course Description

Empathy is an emotional understanding and ability to relate to others' feelings and is key in building trust, improving communications, and creating stronger personal and professional relationships. This course equips learners with the ability to develop and apply empathy which fosters communication, relationships and team dynamics. Learners will explore the importance of understanding others' perspectives and emotions and using this insight to foster stronger, more supportive interactions. They will learn to listen actively, read nonverbal cues, and recognize the needs and values of their colleagues. Through practical exercises, learners will cultivate these empathetic skills, enabling them to connect more deeply with others, build trust, and create a collaborative, inclusive environment.
