Course Description

Enhance your core strength and flexibility to boost your balance and support an active lifestyle! Each class features gentle yet challenging exercises that can be
performed while standing or sitting. We incorporate your own body weight, 3-pound hand weights, and 1–3-pound ankle weights. We encourage practicing barefoot on a
heavy yoga mat; if that’s not possible, laced-up sneakers are recommended. Type: Hands-on.

Required Supplies: 3 lb. dumbbells and 1–3 lb. ankle weights.


Optional Supplies: Yoga mat, 8-foot-long cotton yoga strap, and two standard cork yoga blocks.
