Course Description

This class aims to make you a better wine taster by introducing participants to a structured wine-tasting method. This systematic method will use four human
senses, sight, smell, taste, and feel, to differentiate between varying types of wines. In this hands-on class, we will taste two wines. This experience should
help to clarify your taste preferences so that you understand why you like or do not like a particular wine.

Please bring two wine glasses to the class.
