Course Description

Qigong and Tai Chi are unique forms of exercise suitable for all skill levels, requiring no prior experience. These practices involve slow, deliberate movements that
promote improved balance, flexibility, posture, and a reduced risk of falls. As mind-body exercises, they combine physical movement with mental focus and
controlled breathing, helping to strengthen, stretch, and coordinate the body. Clinical studies show that these flowing movements enhance muscular strength, stamina,
and balance while positively impacting the autonomic nervous system and blood pressure. A 1.5-hour session can elevate heart rate to moderate aerobic levels
and optimize oxygen uptake, making regular practice beneficial for overall health and wellness. Type: Hands on.
