Course Description

Come join us at the Pottery Studio to play in the clay. In this 4-week class you will learn pinch pot, sculpting, slab rolling, and more. You will get to see and experience how the pottery studio works with all the ends and out. You will also learn a new glazing technique that creates silhouettes on your piece. This class will be fun and creative as you make an animal flowerpot, plate, and chip & dip platter. No experience is needed to take this class. It is great for beginners and those that want to continue their learning in the clay arts. Type: Hands-on.

Prerequisites

Required Supplies: $45 supply fee at first class to instructor.

Optional Supplies: rolling pin, paint brushes (hair not plastic), and apron
