The Construction Superintendent Certification Program is an online, turnkey training solution designed to help current and aspiring superintendents master the complex challenges they face in the field while excelling in both business and people management. Through sixteen online courses plus an introductory module, participants develop skills in construction business acumen, people leadership, operational excellence, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction. The program uses practical, real-world lessons, scenarios, and activities to shorten the learning curve and help individuals grow into highly effective superintendents more quickly. This program is offered in partnership with NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research).

Requirements
Participants will earn the NCCER Construction Superintendent Certification upon:
- Passing all assessments in courses
- Meeting the education requirements and necessary years of verifiable supervisory experience
- High school diploma plus four years of experience or Bachelor's degree in construction management plus two years of experience.
- Experience Requirements for Either Option: Relevant experience, regardless of job title, must be from periods during which:
- You were the leader and single point of responsibility for construction performance for an entire project OR a significant, defined major portion or a specific scope as a specialty contractor.
- Your specific areas of responsibilities included safety, cost, schedule, quality, compliance, resource management, site logistics, and contract partner relationship management.
- Note: Candidates for the Construction Superintendent certification do not have to meet these requirements to be eligible to take the courses and the assessment. However, NCCER will not issue your certification until you meet all requirements.
These online courses require access to a computer with Internet access, email, an Internet browser (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox recommended), MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Duration
This online certificate is comprised of 16 courses and learners have six months to complete the entire program.
