This 5-week online program teaches professionals how to use AI to turn business data into clear, defensible decisions. Designed for professionals who regularly work with dashboards, reports, and datasets, the course provides a repeatable framework for framing business problems, directing AI through structured analysis, validating AI-generated insights, and communicating recommendations with confidence.
Throughout the program, learners build a reusable AI-powered decision system using Claude Projects that can be applied to future business challenges while maintaining human judgment and accountability.

Duration
This 5-week program is fully online with optional weekly live/online roundtables. Cohorts begin each month. This program is organized into weeklong modules –Each week learners can expect to spend six to eight hours working independently. In addition, learners will meet once a week for two hours in a live, group session. These live sessions are optional but highly recommended.
