Course Description

This yoga course includes all the basic poses and focuses on all areas of the body. It is designed for both beginners and intermediate practitioners, so no prior
yoga experience is necessary. Each hour-long session will complement any other activities you may already be doing, from walking to pickleball! The overall  yoga are enhanced through an emphasis on breathwork, which helps address stress and inflammation. Additionally, the course features balance poses that
are beneficial for individuals of all ages and skill levels, particularly in preventing falls. Type: Hands-on.

Required Supplies: Yoga mat 

Optional Supplies: Yoga block, yoga strap (can be purchased or ordered through instructor)
