Course Description

Steady the breath. Steady the mind. Steady the body. Start your week off with yoga! We will explore the yoga practice by moving through poses and breathing techniques. Join me with a “beginner’s mind” and gain balance, flexibility, core strength, and focus. All levels of practice are welcome, and you are encouraged to make each practice your own. We will move up and down and side to side, so bring a mat and a folded towel or pillow to sit on. Comfortable clothes, bare feet, and the ability to meet yourself where you are physically will ensure a positive experience. Movement is healing, and mindful breathing is powerful. We discover amazing insights by connecting the body and mind through mindful breathing.
