Course Description

This course will usher learners to digital twin applications in various industry sectors, such as infrastructure, construction, healthcare, education, and asset management. The course will enable learners to analyze cross-system integration potential and identify key stakeholders in the digital twin lifecycle. The course will discuss contemporary common digital twin software tools and their applications in different sectors.  Use cases and common software tools will be used to illustrate key learning points.

Prerequisite:

To enroll in this course, you must have completed both the Digital Twins Foundations and Digital Twin Buiness Strategy courses.

Course Outcomes:

  • Assess the opportunities and challenges of integrating digital twins across disparate systems and platforms 
  • Identify key stakeholders across the DT lifecycle and explain their roles in planning, implementation, and sustainability
