Course Description

Fitness Mix Exercise includes Warm-Up, Cardio, and Cool Down segments. Most exercises can be performed seated; all exercises can be tiered or differentiated to
accommodate physical limitations. No floor exercises are used. The Mix incorporates yoga, strength and toning, balance, Dancercize, and Tai Chi movements,
choreographed to Classic Rock and New Age music.
Type: Hands-on.
