Course Description

Join us for a five-week program to explore death, dying, and the decisions that honor life. Together, we'll navigate medical decisions, discuss what "comfort"
means, and learn about advanced care planning. Each participant will receive the “Five Wishes Advance Directive” and guidance on completing it. We will also
clarify misconceptions about hospice care and what it truly offers. This class aims to provide the knowledge and confidence needed to make informed care decisions
for yourself or a loved one. Through brief lectures and open discussions, participants can reflect on their values and wishes in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
