Course Description

We will prepare four unique and unusual soups that are not commonly found on menus. This is a wonderful opportunity to expand your culinary repertoire. At the
end of the class, everyone will have the chance to taste the soups and/or take some home. Type: Hands-on.

 

Required Supplies: The instructor provides ingredients; students should bring containers. A $40 ingredient fee is due at the first class.
