MATH 1552 - Analytic Geometry and Calculus II
Course Description
Techniques of integration, parametric equations, analytical geometry, polar coordinates, infinite series, vectors in low dimensions; introduction to differential equations and partial derivatives. This is an Integrative Learning Core (ILC) course that awards general education credit.
Prerequisites
MATH 1550: Differential & Integral Calculus or MATH 1551: Honors Differential & Integral Calculus.
Credit will not be given for both this course and MATH 1553: Honors Analytic Geometry & Calculus II or MATH 1554: Calculus II for Life Sciences.
Prerequisite Verification: By completing registration in this course, you acknowledge that you meet any prerequisites or requirements to take the course. LSU undergraduate students may have additional requirements imposed by their department or college and must consult with their academic counselor or advisor before enrolling in an ODL course.
